摘要 针对正弦波直流无刷电动机转矩纹波控制问题进行了讨论。提出了考虑转子磁链谐波影响的无刷直流电机的数学模型 ,在此基础上运用卡尔曼滤波器对电机磁链进行在线估计 ,并设计了一种转矩纹波控制系统。着重分析了卡尔曼滤波器的设计及其性能。仿真结果证明该控制系统能有效地消除转矩纹波。 This paper addresses on the problem of torque ripple compensation in permanent magnet synchronous motors. A model of PMSM that includes the influence of torque ripple is developed and a feedback control structure based on the vector control system is proposed. A flux estimator based on kalman filter is then described,the filter model does not require the pre-knowledge of the back-EMF waveforms. Finally,the proposed algorithm is verified by simulations.
