摘要
在对原步进梁运动速度控制曲线分析的基础上 ,给出了优化方法和优化曲线 ,用 PL C编程实现优化的速度控制曲线 ,取代原系统的模拟放大板 ,并通过建立人机界面监控站对控制参数进行调节及对控制曲线在线监视 ,实现了可视化精确可靠的控制。
The optimizing method and optimized curve are given based on the analysis for original moving speed control curve of step beam. The optimized speed control curve is realized by PLC programming instead of analog amplifier. The human-machine interface station is built for adjustment of control parameter and supervision for control curve. Then the visual accurate control is reached.
