可注射水凝胶的合成与表征

摘要 用富马酸聚乙醇酯(PEGF)与双丙烯酸聚乙醇酯(PEGDA)共聚合成了可注射水凝胶.探讨了引发剂量、温度、物质的量之比、单体浓度、复合β-磷酸三钙(β-TCP)对产物力学性能的影响,并用FTIR、SEM对产物进行了表征. Polymeric networks of poly(ethylene glycol) fumarate crosslinked with poly(ethylene glycol) diacrylate were investigated as injectable,biodegradable bone cement. This study examined the effect of amount of initiator temperature mole ratio monomer concentration and the incorporation of a β-tricalcium phosphate(β-TCP) filler on mechanical properties. The products were characterizated by FTIR, SEM.
