摘要
为分析Y 1型气体离心机轻、重组分取料器的能耗 ,提出了以单回路模拟双回路的试验方法 ,同时为保证测量精度 ,改进了测量装置。试验表明 ,单回路试验法进行能耗研究是可靠的 ,试验结果为强旋流场中理论模型的修正、流场计算和离心机取料器的优化设计提供了必要数据。
In order to analyze the power consumption of the scoops for light and heavy components in a Y-1 type gas centrifuge, a test method of simulating the double circuits with a single circuit was proposed, and the measurer was improved for accuracy. The test shows that the method of the single circuit was reliable for power consumption research. The test result provided necessary data for the revision of the theoretical model in the strong rotational flow field, the flow field calculation, and the optimum design of the scoops of the centrifuge.
