摘要
用组化方法分析正常、非典型增生、原位癌和浸润癌4组宫颈腺体组织粘多糖变化。发现宫颈腺体中唾液酸粘多糖含量随癌变发展而增多,并探讨了这种改变的机理和意义。
Light microscopic & mucin histochemical investigations werecarried out on 106 cases of uterine specimens of normal, dysplasia,carcinoma in situ & invasive carcinoma Cervical mucin in glandsof normal mucosa is consisted of both neutral & acid mucin (includ- ing sialomucin & sulphomucin), while in mucosa of dysplasia &carcinomas, there. are some alterations in glands nearby the lesion,e.g. decrease of neutral mucin & sulphomucin, & increase ofsialomucin. The increase degree of sialomucin was closely related tothe development of carcinoma. It is suggested that these histochemi-cal changes may be helpful in the early diagnosis & looking for agood progrosis of cervical carcinoma.
