本文提出了BH-50氯化钠光亮镀锌组合添加剂和工艺.详细介绍了镀液、镀层性能和应用实例.测试表明,其镀液、镀层性能已达到氯化钾镀锌的最佳水平.计算了氯化钠镀锌溶液中二价锌的主要存在形态:〔ZnCl_4^(3-)〕和〔ZnCl_3^-〕.探讨了添加剂的作用机理.经国内20多个厂家一年半的生产考核表明,本工艺具有工作温度范围宽(15-55℃),镀层全光亮,抗杂质干扰能力强,成本低和维护简便等优点.
A combination additve BH-50 as well as its process is developed for sodium chloride based bright zinc plating. Properties of the plating solution and the obtained film are examined, showing that the process is competitive with the best process of potassium chloride type. Bivalent zinc cations presented in the solution are mainly in the form of [ZnCl_4~2-] and [ZnCl_3^-]. Mechanism of the additives is discussed. Examples are given. Through one and a half year's productional practice in more than 29 factories, the process shows its advantages of wider working temperature range (15-55℃), higher tolerance to impurities, simplified maintenance, and fully bright film obtained in lower cost.
