摘要
采用 (3∶1)硝酸—高氯酸混合酸消化液 ,在加回流管的测砷瓶内分步消化血样 ,用流动注射氢化物发生原子吸收法测定人血中砷硒汞。相对标准偏差小于 9.6 % ,样品加标回收率在 95 1%~ 99 6 %之间 ,方法的检出限在 0 39~ 0 78ng/ml;采用流动注射氢化物发生原子吸收法测定人血中砷硒汞 ,其方法灵敏度高、稳定性好 ,精密度和准确度均符合微量分析要求。
To digest a sample in a mixed acid of HNO 3 and HClO 4 with the ratio of 3 to 1 in a determining arsenic flask with a reflux tube; then, determination by flow injection hydride generation atomic absorption spectroscopy. The RSD is less than 9.6%; the added rate of recovery of sample is between 95.1%~99.6%, the minimal detectable concentration of the method is 0.39~0.79ng/ml. It has high sensitivity and stability and its precision and accuracy are up to the standard of microanalysis.
