摘要
根据啤酒的生产过程和糖化工艺的原理,本文叙述了采用台式PC机作为主控上位机,PLC可编程序控制器作为项目控制(下位机)的方法,实现糖化过程的自动化控制,增强了可靠性和稳定性,满足大规模生产的需要。
According to the brewing process of beer and sugar technological process, Useing mainframe personal computer for a control board and under the programmable logic controller panel are introduced,It achieves the automatic control of sugar technoiogical process and increases reliability and security to meet with great production.
