摘要
分别在酸性和碱性槽液中用循环伏安法研究了Zn-Ti合金电沉积的电化学行为.在碱性槽中锌钛合金的析出有明显的"欠电位沉积"现象.随电极材料的不同,沉积电化学行为会有大的差别.
Electrochemical behavior of Zn-Ti alloy deposition from acidic and basic basths containing zinc sulfate and sodium chloride is investigated respectively. Underpotential Deposition(UPD) is found obvious in basic bath. Electrochemical behavior may vary greatly with the electrode material
