城市贫困人口医疗保障问题研究

Research on Health Guarantee for Urban Poverty Population

当前城市贫富差距问题日益突出 ,城市新贫困不仅构筑了社会经济发展的“陷阱” ,而且对社会的稳定造成了直接的冲击。城市贫困人口的医疗保障问题已成为中国城市普遍面临的一项挑战。文章以武汉市为例 ,从武汉市贫困家庭现状、结构特征、贫困原因、对卫生服务的需求与利用现状等揭示武汉市贫困家庭医疗现状 ;从政府角度分析导致贫困家庭医疗现状的主要原因 ,最后针对这些问题提出解决武汉市贫困人口医疗保障问题的对策。

The gap between the rich and the poor is outstanding day by day. The urban neo-poverty has not only constructed a trap of development of society and economy, but also directly impacted on the social stability. At present, the problem of health guarantee for urban poverty population has been a challenge that most of Chinese cities face. This paper took Wuhan as an example, and revealed medical situation of the urban poverty families from the situation of the urban poverty families, structural characteristics, reasons of poverty and demands on health service. It also analyzed the main reasons that lead to the obstacles from point of view of government and provides some countermeasures to solve the problem.
