在辅助生殖技术应用的过程中经常会引发某些负面问题。为此 ,我国应建立辅助生殖手术许可证制度 ,对申请从事辅助生殖手术的医疗单位和医师的资质状况进行严格审查 ,保障我国辅助生殖技术应用的合法、安全进行。

There are often some adverse effect when assisted reproductive technology (ART) is applied in clinical practice. Hence, the license system of ART should be established. The quality of medical institutions and physicians that apply in undertaking ART should be strictly examined to ensure the legality and safety of application of ART.
