摘要
以山梨醇和油酸为原料,采用新型催化剂一步法合成目标产物。探讨了催化剂配比、用量和反应温度对目标产物单酯含量、酸值(4~8mgKOH g)、皂化值(140~160mgKOH g)和羟值(190~210mgKOH g)的影响。得到了适宜的反应条件。产品色泽浅无需经脱色处理可直接应用于医药、食品、化妆品等行业。
Sorbitan monoleate (Span-80) is a very famous nonionic surfactant with many excellent properties such as emulsifying, dispersing and being nontoxic; nonirritant and low-volatile. As introduced in this paper, Span-80 could be synthesized by direct reaction of sorbitol with oleic acid using a new catalyst that mainly consists of A and B, in an axid: base molar ratio of 0.8∶1 to 1.6∶1, at a catalyst concentration of 3%~20%, by weight of sorbitol, can have quality than products of prior commercial bulk processes even without the use of activated carbon and product bleaching typically used previously. It is attractive for personal applications.
