摘要
本文用化学分析、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及X射线衍射分析(XRD)技术,研究了巴顿铅粉的特性,从而采取相应的工艺,直接使用巴顿铅粉生产薄型极板,使铅蓄电池的性能符合GB(?)008—91指标。
The properties of Baton lead powder have been studied with chemical analysis, scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction. It is showed that this lead powder can be directly used in making thin plate batteries. The performances of these batteries conform to China National Standard GB 5008-91.
