摘要
通过实际案例 ,根据国家标准GB15 0 - 1998,运用科学的分析方法 ,揭示了在大量工程实际中受外压容器的失稳往往容易为人疏忽而造成较大损失 ,建议采用完善标准法规和技术上采用设置加强圈以及提高相关人员素质的办法来应对此类事故的发生 ,以避免经济损失。
By practical cases and according to the State Standards, in this paper the author makes use of scientific analysis methods and revealed the fact which arisen in enormous chemical engineering practices. The phenomenon is that the lose stability of external compressed vessels is often ignored and which led to lots economic loses. The writer pointed out that the loses can be avoided by means of perfecting standards and stipulations, and installing strengthened circles on these vessels which is comparatives economic. Meanwhile, the quality of related people should be enhanced.
