摘要
介绍了镇海炼化芳烃PX装置异构化单元所采用的SKI- 4 0 0型催化剂的技术指标、反应性能、首次装填、预处理、投料试车及六个月来的运行情况 ,并对该催化剂的应用进行特性分析 ,指出了SKI - 4 0 0型催化剂完全适用于缺少歧化的芳烃联合装置 ,具有高活性、高乙苯转化率的特点。
This article introduces the technical indexes, reaction performance and operating condition of SKI-400 type xylol isomerization catalyst used in aromatic hydrocarbon PX plant in Zhenghai Refining Chemical Co.,ltd.It points out that SKI-400 type catalyst is completely suitable for aromatic hydrocarbon plant.It has high reactivity, which results in high ethyl benzene conversion rate.
