摘要 作者通过浸泡实验,极化电阻测量及双向极化曲线测量筛选出一种新型的复合添加剂,这种添加剂用于锌锰干电池中可以完全取代汞(盐)。将这种添加剂加入浆料中取代HgCL_2涂制浆层纸,以此制作的R6P电池各项电性能皆达到或超过GB7112—86国家标准。贮存一年后放电容量保持新电时的95%。 New additives for completely substituting mercury (compound) in zinc manganese dioxide dry cells had been developed by the method of immersion test. measurement of polarization resistance and bidirectional polarization curve. The sample R6P mercury free dry cells were assembled with coated separator containing this new additives in place of mercuric chloride showed satisfactory performances'. The mercury free dry cells could meet China National Standard GB 7112-86 in all aspects. After 12 months storage ,the capacity loss of these cells was less than 5%.
