摘要
文章应用蒙特卡罗随机模拟理论提出了抽水蓄能电站的生产成本随机模型,该成本模型依据两个概率:机组的强迫停机率和机组市场竞标的落标率。并在生产成本随机模型的基础上提出了抽水蓄能电站生产成本评估的数学模型,探讨了在竞争的条件下抽水蓄能电站水库动态利用策略,包括发电机组的最优发电策略和抽水机组的最优抽水策略。文章还给出了基于随机理论和最优化方法的解决这个多级优化问题的可行算法,并结合一个仿真实例,阐明了抽水蓄能水库的市场竞标和利用策略。
According to two probabilities, i.e., the forced outage rate and the outbidding rate of generating sets and based on Monte-Carlo stochastic simulation model, a stochastic production cost model for pumped storage power station is put forward. On the basis of this stochastic model a mathematical model for production cost evaluation of pumped storage power station is presented and the dynamic utilization strategies of reservoir, including the optimal power generation strategy of generating sets and the optimal pumping strategy of pumping sets, under the competition condition are researched. To solve this cascade optimization problem, a feasible algorithm based on stochastical theory and optimization method is given. Taking the simulation result of a practical problem for example, the bidding strategy and utilization strategy of pumping storage reservoir are explicated.
