摘要
通常采用电解法来降低硫酸化成槽中有机物的含量,此法费力又费时。现采用H_2O_2处理方法,其降低有机物效果与电解法基本相似,且工艺简单易行,极板质量稳定,处理费用也大大降低。
The method of treating the overproof content of organic substance in H2SO4 electrolyte in formation bath by H2O2 was introduced. This method was simple,the quality of battery plate obtained was stable and the cost was lower than the old method.
