摘要
提高电池的防漏性能,在生产工艺上改善封口工序,先对碳棒表面预热,后加封口荆,从而增强封口剂与锌筒口内壁碳棒壁的拈合,达到提高电池密封的效果。
Battery leak protection could be raised by improving the sealing process during the battery production. Preheated the surface of carbon rod and then added sealing agent. The adhesion inside the zinc can and the sealing achieved was better than before.
