250Y型轧机终轧规圆问题的探讨

DISCUSSION ON CIRCLE GAUGING IN FINAL ROLLING USING 250Y MILL

25 0Y型轧机终轧钼杆料由原内切圆 5 .9mm正六角形修改为 6 .2mm圆形 ,提高了产品表面质量 ,有利于后续拉拔加工。同时终轧规圆钼杆料可盘卷 。

The section of molybdenum rod is modified from regular hexagon inscribed by 5.9 mm circle to 6.2 mm circle during the final rolling using 250Y mill.The rod surface quality and subsequent drawing performance are improved.Moreover,the products can be winded,so the environmental problems can be avoided and the process problem of increasing the weight of single rod can be solved.
