摘要
将矿石资源划分为 3类 (含金高品位矿石集合、含金低品位矿石可拓集合、含金低品位矿石不可拓集合 ) ,经过对陕西省某金矿的生产过程进行静态分析 ,应用价值工程理论 ,建立了生产管理模式。试验结果表明 :通过生产过程管理控制 ,降低了采矿贫化率和采矿损失率 ,提高了选矿回收率 。
The ore resources fall into three categories in this paper(rich ore aggregate,lean and developable ore aggregate,lean undeveloped ore aggregate).The production process has been analyzed statically at a gold mine in Shaanxi province.A production management model has been instituted by means of the Value Engineering Theory.The result shows clearly that a production management was controlled thus the indexes of ore loss and dilution ratio were reduced and the ore dressing recovery percentage was raised and economic profits were achieved.
