摘要
用N5 0 3[N ,N -di(Sec -octy1)acetamide]、L113B、液体石蜡、磺化煤油和HCl溶液乳状液膜体系 ,研究Te4 + 的迁移富集行为。实验结果表明 ,在适宜条件下 ,Te4 + 的迁移富集率在 99.5 %以上。在此条件下 ,许多共存离子如Cu2 + 、Pb2 + 、Zn2 + 、Ni2 + 、Co2 + 、Cd2 + 、Mo6+ 、Al3 + 、Fe2 + 等 ;SiO2 -3 、SO2 -4 、PO3 -4 、Cl-、NO-3 、ClO-4等都不渗透进入此液膜。只有Te4 + 能从这些离子中得到满意的分离。此法用于富集铜精矿、铅锌矿、烟尘和合金中的碲 。
The transport enrichment behaviour of Te 4+ through the emulsion liquid membrane system of N,N-di(Sec-octyl)acetamide,L113B,liquid paraffin,sulphonated kerosene and HCl water solution emulsion liquid membrane has been studied.Experimental results show that the transport rate of Tellurium in 10 min is above 99.5%.In this case many Co -ions,Such as Cu 2+ 、Pb 2+ 、Zn 2+ 、Ni 2+ 、Co 2+ 、Cd 2+ 、Mo 6+ 、Al 3+ 、Fe 2+ ,etc and SiO 2- 3、SO 2- 4 、PO 3- 4、Cl -、NO - 3、ClO - 4,etc.can not transport through this liquid membrane.So Te 4+ can be Separated from these ions with satisfactory.The method can be applied to separation and enrichment of tellurium in copper concentrate Pb-Zn ores flue dust and alloys and results are satisfactory.
