摘要
针对25t电弧炉底吹气搅拌工艺,通过冷模拟分别研究了搅拌功率对缩短钢液混匀时间,加快废钢熔化和增强渣—钢界面传质的影响,并得出了相应的规律。研究结果为实际工业性生产提供了理论依据。
ith reference to the bottom gas stirring process for 25 tonne electric arc furnace the effect of stirring power on reducing the mixing time,accelerating scrap melting and strengthening slag-steel mass transfer were investigated with the aid of cold modeling and rule of operation obtained,thus lay-ing the foundation of commercial production.
