摘要
本文建立了结晶器铜板二维非稳态传热数学模型,研究了板坯结晶器钢板温度场。利用工厂实测数据对模型进行了验证。讨论了拉速、冷却水流速、铜板厚度、水垢和钢板镀层对铜板温度分布的影响。
two-dimensional transient heat transfer model has been developed with the goal of modelling the temperature field of the copper mould wall.Qualitative agreement was found between model and operating temperature data.The effect of following variables on mould temperature distribution has been studied:speed,water velocity,wall thickness, scale deposition and galvanization layer.
