摘要
研究了铸铁件表面复合化学镀 Ni-P 前处理,探讨了活化液、阴极电流密度、活化液温度、活化液浓度对结合力和孔隙率的影响。
Pretreatment for composite electroless Ni-P on cast iron,including cleaning-descaling solution composition and optimum activating method is investigated.Effects of cathode c.d.,temperature, concentration of activating solution on adhesion and porosity are discussed.
