摘要
试验结果表明,果胶酶产生菌Asp.3.396原生质体及菌体孢子,经红外与紫外复合辐照后,菌体原生质体及孢子致死率显著降低,突变株产酶性能明显提高。
Experimental results indicated that infrared ( IR) and ultraviolet ( U.V ) irradiation decreased lethal percentage of pictinase strain and increased enzyme activity of pectinase strain. The mutagenic effect of IR and U.V irradiation on protoplasts of pectinase strain was more significant than the effect on spore.These results may be very useful in technology for the production of pectinase.
