胸腺内多分叶核型细胞意义的探讨

The Significance of the Multilobated Nuclear Type of Thymocyte in Thymus

观察609例尸检胸腺组织,发现一种多分叶核型胸腺细胞,可能是在免疫功能分化过程中,胸腺细胞核出现的形态变化;多见于2岁以下婴幼儿及感染性炎症疾病时;在胸腺小体数目明显减少,重度钙化,小体解体和小叶间隔明显纤维化时,则仅有微量或无此型细胞出现。光镜和电镜下观察,见多分叶核型细胞,以其核分叶形态各异,核浆比例倒置,浆内无特殊颗粒,细胞器稀少,细胞直径仅及多形核白细胞的1/2而与后者相区别。动物感染性炎症模型的胸腺内,亦有此型细胞出现,并进行了电镜观察。

In the histopathological sections of thymus of 609 necropsies amultilobated nuclear type of thymocytes (MNT) was foundwhich may be the nuclear alteration of thymocyte during immunofun-ctional transformation. These cells occurred most frequently (90.4%)in the thymus of children under 2 years of age, especialy sufferedfrom infectious disease and had relations to the change of Hassall'scorpuseles and septa of lobules. In the animal models (Wistar rat)of infectious disease, the same morphologic MNTs were observed andstudied by electroinicroscope.
