多年来,传统的气喷和无气技术各自为政用。两者各有独兵的长处,又有其不足。气助无气喷漆兼两者之长,具有全新的喷射能力。本文叙述了气助无气技术的概念、功能、特性和效益。在效益方面,与气喷相比,省料,减少过喷;与无气技术相比,提高了转换效率与外观质量。还讨论了与高量低压(HVLP)、静电技术结合的问题。
Air assisted airless technology combines best attributes of conventional air spray and airless technologies to create entirely new spray capability.Concept,function,characteristics and bene- fits of air assisted airless technology in finishing market is described.Benefits of air assisted air- less technology include material savings and reduced overspray compared to conventional air spray;improved transfer efficiency and appearance compared to conventional airless.Incorpora- tion of HVLP and electrostatic technology with air assisted airless applications will also be discussed.
