焊接钛制压力容器中残余应力的研究 被引量:2

S Study on residual stresses in welding titanium pressure vessels

摘要 由于钛板具有明显的正交各向异性和双向强化效应,其双向屈服强度比其单向屈服强度增大40%~50%[1,2,3]。根据各向异性理论对钛制压力容器焊缝交叉处的焊接应力进行确定和研究,结果表明钛制压力容器的焊接残余应力不是想象中的那么小,而且当残余应力达到屈服强度的50%以上时,应该考虑进行热处理。
