摘要
根据竖炉还原特点,用化学反应热力学和模拟还原竖炉试验研究了磷在竖沪中的反应机理和分配规律.得到了煤气中磷全部进入金属铁的结论.降低海绵铁含磷量的措施是降低煤中的磷含量.
Accordillg to peculiarity of shaft furnace reduction,reaction mechanism anddistribution rules of Phosphorus in shaft furnace have been studied whith chemical thermodynamics and the simulated DR shaft funace test. Research on them show the results: Allphosphorus of gas get into metal iron. Measrues of reducing phosphorus in DRI are reducingphosphorus of coal.
