摘要
实验表明络合剂对镍磷合金化学镀层的耐腐蚀性能的影响是深刻的;同镍离子生成五元环和六元环螯合物的多啮配体络合剂所组成的镀液,其镀层的抗盐雾试验性能最佳。络合剂自身的化学稳定性也是重要的影响因素之一。
The dependence of the corrosion resistance of eletroless nickel deposit on the complexing agent is profoundly shown by the experiment. Maximum salts spraying resistance was exhibited by deposits from electroless nickel solution that contained tridentate ligand which could form 5 and 6 membered rings with Ni^(2+) ion. The tendency of the complexing agent to self—esterify is one of the important Influences.
