摘要
用慢应变速率拉伸方法、断裂力学方法(BL-WOL试样)和电镜研究了镀铬和镀Cd—Ti对40CrMnSiMoVA(Gc-4)钢在3.5%NaCl中应力腐蚀开裂特性的影响。结果表明:Gc-4钢的应力腐蚀开裂是由于氢脆和阳极溶解共同作用所致。从而对高强度钢的应力腐蚀开裂的纯氢脆机理作出修正。
The effects of Cr or Cd-Ti plating on the SCC charactristics of 40 CrMnSiMoVA (GC-4) steel in the solutiin of 3.5% NaCl have been inyestigated by means of slow rate strain, fracture mechanics and SEM. The experiments results showed that SCC of GC-4 Steel was caused by the symbiosis reactions of hydrogen embrittlement and anodic dissolution, which is a correction to the former mechanism of single embrittlement causing SCC of high strength steel.
