Qualitative Test of Thermal Fatigue of Aluminized Steel

热疲劳试验表明,渗铝钢抗热疲劳能力强于未渗铝钢。渗铝钢的热疲劳裂纹特征是表面块状崩落,而未渗铝钢则出现裂纹直至裂开。

Thermal fatigue test shows that the thermal fatiggue resistance of aluminized steel is better than unaluminized steel. The thermal fatigue crack is characterized by block peeling on surface, but cracks and through cracking are appeared on unaluminized steel.
