摘要
本文利用CO_2超临界干燥法制备了粒径在10~70nm范围内的硼酸镧粒子,用四球机考察了其对润滑油抗磨性能的影响。结果表明,硼酸镧纳米粒子能显著提高润滑油的抗磨性,并借助扫描电子显微镜和X一射线光电子能谱初步分析了其抗磨机理。
Nanometer lanthanum borate with aparticle size in range of 10 - 70um was prepared using CO_2 supercritical fluid drying technique. Four- ball machine test was performed to study the antiwear properties of 'anoder lanthanum borate in 500SN be Oil. The experimental results showed that nanometer lanthanum borate can improve the antiwear properties of base oil. The wear were investigated through X - ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).
