摘要
煤矿中的采掘机械和运输机械都存在着严重的磨损问题,其中许多情况涉及橡胶材料,而目前国内外对橡胶材料在煤粉条件下的摩擦磨损特性尚缺乏研究,因此有必要对丁腈橡胶在干煤粉条件下的磨料磨损进行研究。用扫描电镜(SEM)观察丁腈橡胶磨损后的表面形貌,发现其磨损机理为磨粒磨损,通过磨损试验发现其磨损率随着法向载荷的增大而增大,随着旋转速度的增大而减小。
The serious wear has existed in the machinery for digging and transporting coal, many of which are relative to the rubber wear. As the friction and wear of rubber in coal powder is short of study so far, the three body test of NBR in dry coal powder has been finished, and it has been found that the wear mechanism of NBR is abrasion by scanning the worn surface of rubber with SEM, the wear rate is increased with the normal load increased, and decreased with the revolving speed increased.
