摘要
提出了测量渐开线轮廓误差的广义极坐标方法 ,导出了测量模型 ,以此为纽带将展成法与标准极坐标法统一起来 ;给出了基于简易数控实现该方法的测量原理、测量控制策略以及在法向评定轮廓误差的算式 ;最后介绍了实测结果。
The generalized polar coordinate method for measuring involute profile deviations is developed, and its mathematical model is derived This method unifies the generative metrology and the standard polar coordinate metrology Meanwhile, its measurement principle, which is realized by means of a novel CNC system, control strategy and deviation assessment formulate are presented At last, the measurement results are introduced
