摘要
本文基于PVTt法气体流量标准装置的流量基本方程及装置的基本特征 ,详细分析与论证了装置主要参数 ,如标准容器容积V、充气初态 pi 与终态压力 pf、质量流量 qm 或体积流量 qV 的选择与确定 ,特别对于该装置在整体上为非定常流中要保持流经流量计为定常流的基本特征、措施与气动设计方法作了全面、系统而深入的分析 ,涉及确定充气终态压力 pf 的流动阻力系数的概念是首次由作者明确地引入的。
Based on the fundamental flowrate equation and basic characters of gas flow facility by PVTt technique, the main parameters, such as the volume of standard vessel, the initial pressure and final pressure of gas charging process, the mass flowrate or volume flowrate are argued and analysed in detail Particularly, the basic character of this facility is pointed out clearly: nevertheless the global gas charging process is unsteady, the local flow passing the flowmeter should be steady For calculating the maximum real critical pressure in ratio (p 2/p 0) r (see eq (4) and eq (5)), the coefficient of flow resistance is introduced in this paper
