摘要 本文介绍了利用大功率场效应管作为功率开关器件而研制的计算机控制毫微秒微能脉冲电源。根据细微加工的特点,电源的脉冲宽度、脉冲间隔、放电峰值电流和开路电压等均可由计算机在线控制调节,具有能够自适应控制的能力。经过φ0.1mm以下的微孔加工实验表明,该电源完全可以适合电火花细微加工。 Micro—energy pulse generator is one of the key for micro—EDM drilling,to carry out the micro—hole drilling in less than φ0. 1mm,the basic condition is that the smallest output pulse duration must be controlled in nanosecond order. In this paper,a computer controlled nanosecond pulse generator has been developed, which uses high power N—channel field effect transistor as a power switch to meet the basic condition.According to the characteristic of micro—EDM drilling, the pulse duration,pulse interval,discharge peak current and open circuit voltage of the generator can be controlled in line, with the adaptive controlled function and high automatic level. Through experiment testing in less than φ0. 1mm holes drilling,the results show the micro—energy generator can idealy satisfy the micto—EDM drilling process.
