乙型肝炎病毒C基因启动子热点变异的检测及分析

Detection and analysis of core promoter mutation of hepatitis B virus

目的 探讨乙型肝炎病毒C基因启动子 (CP)热点变异的临床意义。方法 应用克隆测序的方法检测 2 0例HBV感染者HBVCP序列 ,并结合临床进行分析。结果 10例HBeAg(+)患者中 ,CP的T176 2、A176 4联合变异有 2例 (2 0 % ) ;10例HBeAg(- )患者中T176 2、A176 4联合变异有 7例 (70 % ) ,χ2 =6 73,P <0 0 5 ,有显著性差异。结论 T176 2、A176 4联合变异多见于HBeAg(- )的慢性乙型肝炎患者。

Objective To explore the significance of core promoter mutation of hepatitis B virus.Methods Core promoter mutation of HBV in patients with chronic hepatitis B was detected by cloning sequencing,and analysed.Results Two in the ten patients with HBeAg positive and seven in the ten patients with HBeAg negative had T1762 and A1764 mutation.Conclusion There are close relationship between the core promoter mutation and HBV infection with HBeAg negative.
