摘要
用ANSYS有限元软件 ,建立了某大型齿轮爬升式垂直升船机的长螺母短螺杆安全锁定机构的整体有限元分析模型 ,对各铰孔螺栓联接 ,采用施加接触副的方法进行传力 ,采用增强拉格朗日乘子法 ,得出了各关键部位的综合应力及接触副的接触应力。计算结果表明 。
FEA model of the long nut-short screw locking mechanism of a large vertical gear-rack ship lift is built with ANSYS software.The contact stress of screw connections and the Von mises stress of key parts are obtained using augmented Lagrange method.The results show that the designed locking mechanism can meet the design requirements completely.
