摘要
将I-DEAS三维建模、有限元分析和MATLAB数值计算、优化等多种功能结合起来,对现场斜齿轮进行了齿面接触与齿根弯曲最大应力的有限元分析和参数优化,提出一种在新型软件环境中,对设计中齿轮或应用中齿轮进行快速三维参数建模、有限元分析和参数优化的系统方法。
ln this paper,the author ocmbined of many kinds of functions of I-DEAS three dimensional modeling and finite element analysis and MATLAB number value calculation and optimization,finite element analysis and optimization of the maximum stress of gear surface contact stress and bending stress of root of tooth to field helical gear and finally probed one system approach of fast three dimensional parameter modeling ,finite element analysis and parametric optimization to designing gear or using gear in anew type software environment.
