大型四点接触球轴承轴向游隙测量方法的探讨

分析了大型四点接触球轴承加工双半圈沟道时,由于沟道曲率存在误差且测量点不在接触角位置而使轴承装配时轴向游隙超差的原因,解决了生产实践中轴向游隙超差问题。

The problem of axial clearance oversize was solved,which was caused by the error of the channel curvature and the measuring point which was not in the position of the contact angle when the double-half ring channel of the large-size four-point contact ball bearing was machined.
