摘要
在骨干教师市级培训工作中 ,我们更新了管理理念 ,敢破常规 ,制订了富有新意的培训方案 ,大胆和探索 ,总结出了五大培训原则 ,推进了教师培训工作的改革 ,有效地提高了培训的质量 ,增强了培训的有效性 。
In the backbone teachers' training in the city, we renewed our management idea, broke away from convention, made new training program, boldly explored and summed up five training principles, boosted teacher training reform, effectively promote the training quality, strengthened the efficiency, and innovated the training mode with theoretical and practical significance.
