摘要
目的 :评价AF椎弓根螺钉内固定系统治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的效果。方法 :通过 2 5例应用AF内固定系统治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折患者手术前后的临床体征、椎体高度变化和椎管恢复情况。结果 :2 5例患者椎体前后缘高度恢复 ,后凸侧弯畸形及侧方移位纠正 ,瘫痪恢复按Fankel分级 :A级中 2例无变化 ,其余 2 3例均提高 1～ 3级。结论 :AF内固定系统能达到精确复位固定及椎管有效减压 ,是治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的有效方法。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of AF fixation system in the management of thoracolumbar burst fractures. Method: There were totally 25 patients. To analyse the physical sign, vertebral body height, vertebral canal’s situation Pre - and post operation. Results: All anterior, and posterior vertebral body hight, lateral transposition and kyphosis had been corrected after operation. According to Fankel’s grading system, 2 of grade A as same as situation before operation, improving 1～3 grade in 23 cases. Conclusion: AF fixation system is good for exact reduction and decompression, it is effective to treat thoracolumbar burst fractures.
