深圳地区儿童乙肝疫苗免疫率和加强免疫效果观察

Study on the immunization rate and the effect of strengthening immnunization with hepatitis B vaccine in children in Shenzhen area

目的 :调查辖区 2 .5～ 5周岁儿童基础和加强免疫接种情况及加强乙肝疫苗免疫儿童抗—HBs水平 ,评价儿童基础和加强乙肝疫苗免疫的接种率和儿童乙肝疫苗加强免疫的效果。方法 :通过普查获得辖区儿童免疫接种情况 ,用ELISA检测HBsAg、抗—HBs,观察适龄儿童乙肝疫苗基础和加强免疫水平。结果 :辖区乙肝疫苗基础免疫接种和加强免疫整体接种率为 95 .6 8% (2 5 92 / 2 6 43) ,其中基础免疫接种率为 99.17% (192 1/ 1937) ,加强免疫接种率为 86 .11% (6 0 8/ 70 6 ) ,其中常住儿童为 91.8% (2 92 / 318) ,暂住儿童为 81.4 % (316 / 388)。加强免疫后的抗HBs阳性率 81% (1131/ 1395 )。结论 :整体免疫接种率尚令人满意 ,暂住儿童的加强免疫仍需加强。加强免疫后的抗HBs阳性率达到理想水平。

Objective:To survey the basic immunization and strenthening immunization results in 2.5～5 year-old children and level of anti—HBs for strenthening immunization children. To assess the vaccination rate of basic immunization and strenthening immunization of heptitis B and the effects of strenthening immunization. Methods: To get the results by taking a census of vaccination. HBsAg and anti-HBc were detected with ELISA. The basic and strenthening immunization levels of heptitis B were observed for the right age. Results: The total immunization vaccination rate included basic immunization and strenthening immunization vaccination is 95.68%(2592/2643) in the area of our responsibility, in which basic immunization vaccination rate was 99.17% (1921/1937). strenthening immunization vaccination was 86.11%(608/706), in which the permanent resident children was 91.8%(292/318), the temporary resident children was 81.4%(316/388). The positive rate of anti-HBs for strenthening immunization is 81.0%(1131/1395). Conclusion:It could be concluded that total immunization was satisfying. The strenthening immunization for temporary resident children should be enhanced. The positive rate of anti—HBs for strenphening immunization was ideal.
