阳和汤加味治疗慢性支气管炎114例疗效观察

The observation of cure effect for 114 cases of chronic bronchitis with Yang He Tang plus

目的 :观察阳和汤加味治疗慢性支气管炎 (简称慢支 )的治疗作用。方法 :将 196例慢支的患者随机分为阳和汤加味治疗组 114例 ;抗生素、茶碱类治疗对照组 82例治疗。疗程 4周 ,停药后 1年随访。结果 :近期治疗总有效率 ,治疗组为 94 .74 % ,对照组为 78.0 5 % ;远期治疗总有效率治疗组为92 .98% ;对照组为 70 .73%。近、远期疗效明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :临床症状的控制和改善 ,显示阳和汤加味能调节整体 ,改善肺、肾肃降与摄纳之枢机 ,而达到宣通血脉 ,散寒祛痰 ,使嗽止痰消 ,喘平而收效 ,侧优于西药单纯对支气管局部组织炎症的治疗和缓解平滑肌的痉挛及控制炎症的反应之治法。

Objective: To observe the cure effect for chronic bronchitis with Yang He Tang plus. Method: 196 cases of chronic bronchitis were divided randomly into 2 groups. Group1 was 114 cases who were treated with Yang He Tang plus and group 2 as contral was 82 cases who were treated with antibiotic and theocin for 4 weeks. After stopping the therapy for 1 year, cure effect was followed up. Result: The rate of recent result for group 1 was 94.74% and group 2 was 78.05%; late result for group 1 was 92.98% and group 2 was 70.73%. The cure effects of group 1 for recent and late results were better than group 2 (P<0.01) respectively. Conclusion: It is a satisfactory method to treat chronic bronchitis with traditional chinese medicine Yang He Tang plus therapy.
