摘要
由于国家水泥新标准的执行,水泥品质发生了较大变化,强度有了明显提高;在减水剂掺量不变的前题下,使用新水泥拌制混凝土时,坍落度损失过快,单方混凝土减水剂用量略显不足,这就要求加大外加剂的掺量,增加缓凝和保塑组份,并朝着高性能减水剂的方向发展。通过选择国内具有代表性的缓凝组份、引气组份、萘系和非萘系高效减水剂的原料,进行复合多功能外加剂试验,生产出满足国家重点工程需要的新型高性能减水剂产品,以适应夏季高温远距离运输混凝土的需要。
Owing to the execution of the new national standards, cement quality have greatly changed and its strength obvious improved.Under the premise that the water-reducing agent invary, the slump of concrete loses quickly when being mixed by the new cement. This shows the scarcity of one concrete water-reducing agent and it needs adding the slow-coagulater and fluidity agent besides enlarging admixtuers, further more, it demands us to develop in the direction of high performance water-reducing agent.,The raw materials for the set-retarder composition, naphthalint and non-naphthalent series high-performance water-reducing agent were selected to test their poly-and multi-function admixture, in order toproduce one or two new water-reducing agents which can meet the needs of key national projects and can meet the requirements of long distance delivery in hot summer as merchandise concrete.
