丰满发电厂11号机组投产初期设备隐患分析及处理

The analysis and treatment of the hidden trouble of equipment of No.11 unit for the Fengman Hydropower Plant during its initial operation period

丰满发电厂11号机组自1998年投产发电以来逐步暴露了诸多不安全隐患,如发电机主轴端部补气室窜水,发电机轴电流长期超标报警,调速系统反馈钢丝绳多次折断,发电机上导轴承主轴摆度严重超标等,严重威胁机组的安全稳定运行。通过采取行之有效的处理措施,从根本上消除了这些设备隐患,收到了较好的效果。

Since it was put into operation in 1998, the No.11 generating unit of the Fengman Hydropower Plant has gradually exposed many unsafe troubles, such as the leakage of air compensation room on the end of main shaft of power generator, the long-term warning signal of over-current of the main shaft of power generator, the multi-broken failures of feedback steel cable of speed governor, over-throw of the main shaft of upper guide bearing of power generator, etc. which threats seriously the safe and stable operation of generating unit. After some effective measures have been taken to eliminate such hidden troubles of equipment basically, a good effectiveness has been gained.
