复方蟾酥散外敷治疗癌痛60例临床观察

A Clincal Study on the Analgesic Effect of Compound Shanshu Powder on Cancerous Pain Used in a Way of External Application—A Report of 60 Cases

目的观察复方蟾酥散外敷治疗癌性疼痛的临床疗效。方法临床研究采用随机分组、单盲给药、疼痛局部外敷方法 ,以蟾酥膏为对照组 ,比较 2组不同药物作用的疼痛缓解度、镇痛有效率、平均止痛起效时间和持续时间、生活质量以及安全性。结果治疗组和对照组镇痛总有效率分别为 93 .3 %、80 .0 %,镇痛持续时间分别为 1 6.5h、1 2 .4h ,卡氏评分提高稳定率分别为 90 .0 %、76.7%,治疗组在以上各方面优于对照组 ,差异有显著性意义 ;二者在平均止痛起效时间和安全性评定方面无明显差别。结论复方蟾酥散外敷是治疗癌性疼痛的安全。

Objective To investigate the analgesic effecf of Compound Chanshu Powder (CCSP)on cancerors pain used in a way of external application. Methods Ninety cases with medium degree of cancerous pain were randomly divided into two groups, with 60 cases in treating group (TG) treated with CCSP and 30 cases in controlling one (CG) treated with Chanshu Paste (CSP). Then,evaluated and compared with each other were these indexes like the analgesic level, effective rate, mean efficacy appearing time and lasting duration of alegesia, life quality and safety.Results The total effective rate of analgesia,the lasting duration of this effect and the scores of Karnofsky for life quality evaluatoin were 93.3%, 16.5?h and 90.0 % for those cases in TG and they were 80.0%, 12.4?h and 76.7% for ones in CG respectively, with very significantl differences between them. However, there were no significant differences seen in the mean efficacy appearing time and safety indexes between the two groups.Conclusion CCSP is effective and safe for relieving cancerous pain when used in the way of external application.
