The structure and main functions and ways of computer monitoring system,including data management system,video monitoring & audio devices for elevators in the West Railway Station of Beijing are introduced respectively. The principle of the system and the design and programming technology of the main monitoring program,the data collector,the database management are also discussed in this paper.It mentioned that,by using the sys- tem,the efficiency of operating and maintenance and security of elevators improved.It en- hanced the level of the management of elevators in the West Railway Station of Beijing.
